Services – Redline Car Detailing provides mobile auto/marine detailing services, including interior and exterior cleaning, polishing, and ceramic coating.
Bookings – Bookings can be made through our website or by contacting us directly. We require a 50% deposit to secure your appointment, which is refundable up to 48 hours before, but can be applied towards future bookings with sufficient notice of cancellation.
Pricing – Prices for our services are listed on our website and may vary depending on the size and condition of the vehicle. Additional charges may apply for extra services requested on the spot.
Payment – Payment is due upon completion of services. We accept cash, check, credit cards, or Venmo.
Cancellation Policy – Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment to avoid forfeiting the deposit. In case of emergencies, please contact us as soon as possible.
Liability – While we take great care in servicing your vehicle, we are not liable for any damages or loss of personal belongings left in the vehicle during the detailing process. Customers are responsible for removing valuable items before service.
Customer Obligations – Customers are responsible for providing access to their vehicle and ensuring it is in a safe and legal location for detailing services to be performed.
Weather – We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to inclement weather that may affect the quality of our services.
